Start with evidence: check one priority search free, then choose the smallest useful next step

Find the leak. Fix the right thing.

More marketing won’t fix the wrong problem.

If calls are slow, rankings are flat or competitors keep showing up first, we find where customers are being lost—then scope the work that can change it.

✓ Evidence before implementation ✓ Scope and quote before work ✓ No ranking or placement guarantees

Start with the real problem

Find the leak. Fix the cause. Measure what changed.

A long list of marketing tasks is not a plan. These three decisions keep the work focused.

  1. 01
    Name the goal

Choose the service, market and customer action that matter most.

  2. 02
    Find the weak link

See whether customers are being lost in search, on the website, in the profile, in paid media or in AI answers.

  3. 03
    Fix what earns its place

Approve a clear scope and measure the same business problem again.

Six separately scoped workstreams

Choose the problem you need solved.

Each workstream has a trigger, a defined output and a boundary. Only the services named in the written proposal are included.

Scoped growth workstream

Visibility audit

Find where valuable enquiries are being lost

Use this when
Calls, leads or market visibility are weak but the cause is unclear.
You receive
Technical, content, local, competitor and conversion evidence with limitations and a prioritized 90-day action order.
Scope boundary
The audit diagnoses and prioritizes. It does not include unlimited implementation.

Scoped growth workstream

Priority service pages

Make profitable services easier to find and choose

Use this when
A profitable service is absent, duplicated, thin or disconnected from a useful customer action.
You receive
An approved page map and production-ready pages with useful copy, headings, internal paths, structured facts, metadata and conversion QA.
Scope boundary
Page count, publishing access and territory are written into the quote. No spun or duplicated city pages.

Scoped growth workstream

Market proof

Build credible evidence beyond your own website

Use this when
Relevant competitors have stronger local, industry, editorial or expert-source proof.
You receive
A source-gap review, qualified opportunity register, angle plan, outreach record and verified placement evidence.
Scope boundary
Publication, links, rankings and AI citations are not guaranteed. Sponsorship is disclosed.

Scoped growth workstream

Business information cleanup

Correct conflicting facts across the web

Use this when
Names, addresses, phone numbers, services or locations conflict across important listings.
You receive
A canonical data record, listing inventory, priority corrections, status log and follow-up dates.
Scope boundary
Publisher-controlled changes may remain pending. Backlink outreach is not included.

Scoped growth workstream

Paid demand

Reach qualified searches while longer-term visibility develops

Use this when
The business can handle more demand and needs an accountable paid-search test now.
You receive
Account and query review, bounded campaign, landing-page path, conversion QA, budget controls and lead-quality reporting.
Scope boundary
Ad spend is separate from management fees. Lead volume, cost, sales and profitability are not guaranteed.

Scoped growth workstream

AI recommendation visibility

See who AI recommends—and which sources shape the answer

Use this when
AI systems recommend competitors, omit the brand or describe it inaccurately for agreed buyer questions.
You receive
A versioned prompt set, dated observations, competitor and source baseline, limitations and prioritized content, entity and technical actions.
Scope boundary
This is a sampled review—not an official platform score, universal ranking or placement guarantee.

Choose the right starting point

Do not fund every channel at once.

The first useful engagement is the smallest one that can answer the next commercial decision.

Published profile prices stay fixed. Broader search work is scoped.

Page counts, markets, ad spend, data quality, account condition and implementation ownership change the work. You receive the scope and quote before delivery begins.

Questions

Clear answers before the next step.

What does a visibility audit include?

The scope can review crawling and indexation, search demand, priority pages, business information, external proof, conversion paths, analytics, Google Maps and AI-answer visibility. The proposal names the included evidence before work starts.

Do you still provide on-page and technical SEO?

Yes. Those are delivery methods used when the evidence points to a website problem. We describe the customer and commercial issue first, then state the technical work clearly in the written scope.

What is the difference between business listings and link building?

A listing confirms business facts such as name, address, phone number, services or location on a relevant platform. Link earning focuses on credible external references and editorial links. Neither should be treated as a volume-only exercise.

Do you manage Google Ads?

Paid demand can be scoped around account review, campaign structure, search queries, landing pages, conversion tracking, budget controls and lead-quality reporting. Media spend is separate from service fees and is approved by the client.

What does an AI recommendation review measure?

It records a defined set of buyer questions, whether and how the brand appears, visible competitors and available citations or sources. It connects the observed pattern to content, business-entity, technical and authority gaps without promising placement.

How much do these services cost?

Broader audits and implementation receive a scoped quote. The proposal defines the market, pages, platforms, work, owners, dependencies and measurement before delivery starts. The free Maps check and fixed-price profile services remain available when the need is contained.

Can these services be combined?

Yes, when the evidence supports it. A combined plan should still preserve separate deliverables and measurement for website visibility, paid demand, Maps visibility and AI recommendations.

Do you guarantee rankings, leads or AI recommendations?

No. Search engines, ad auctions and AI systems remain outside any provider’s control. We define controllable work, acceptance checks and measurement conditions.
